Full On Flavour have teamed up with ADAMS GARDEN to introduce an exciting Organic Gardening and Cooking Day, including a delicious and abundant Full On Flavour feast fresh from the garden on the Killcare farm.

Adam and Dave are local gardeners with a passion for the outdoors. Their focus is on permaculture and seasonal gardening... so you can learn how to grow healthy produce in your own garden (or pot) without the use of nasty pesticides.

For lunch Full On Flavour will do a hands on cooking demonstration and serve a communal FEAST... in the farm barn!

Growing a garden of veggies, herbs, fruits and nuts is a nutritious, healthy, fun and active way to cut shopping bills! This one day course will show you exactly how to do it and how to enjoy it!
